A Shipping and Receiving job in Greensboro, NC is currently accepting applications. This is a contract-to-hire position with our key manufacturing client. In this role, you will be responsible to perform duties related to shipping and receiving. This position will ensure all material shipped and received is completed in a timely manner by use of proper FAA, DOT and IATA regulations. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of a High school diploma along with 1+ years of relevant work experience. Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:Understand all aspects of the Epicor shipping and receiving functions.Receive both purchased, manufactured and customer supplied material.Ensure all required log sheets are being properly utilized and maintained, (waybill, tool, turn number, courier drop off and manual receipt).Ensure all parts have been inspected and signed off prior to shipping.Package parts in preparation for shipment.Schedule and ship parts according to HCS and customer requirements.Follow proper paperwork and documentation procedures.Maintain neat and orderly Shipping and Receiving area, by ensuring daily management of housekeeping.Comply with safety and company policies and use protective equipment as required.
