assists in promoting and executing the Nestle Continuous Excellence
(NCE) program and Total Performance Management (TPM) methodology.
As the IWG Lead, you will work cross-functionally with various
teams within the factory to optimize productivity and prioritize
safety by implementing training, coordinating, and coaching of
continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead by example and
step in to provide support and coaching in the manufacturing
process. In this role, you will conduct team audits, analyze
processes and data, identify opportunities for improvement and
share your recommendations.**This position will require working an
overnight shift**Primary Responsibilities:Provide Manufacturing
Excellence and Total Performance Management coaching to Integrated
Work GroupsCoach and teach to connect losses with standards and
routinesOwn and implement plans and resources for Integrated Work
Groups to enable them identify and eliminate losses, transform
their workplace, and achieve sustainable resultsUnderstand top
losses and areas for growth for assigned Integrated Work Groups
(safety, quality, performance, and people)Support and lead IWG team
meetingsPerform other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSHigh school
diploma/GED equivalent with 6 months' experience in a fast-paced
and performance-measured environmentORAssociates degree in a
