Together, USConnect member companies provide outstanding quality fresh foods, consistent service, and state-of-the-art technology and programs to their corporate food service clients.Job Title: Key Account SpecialistDepartment: AdministrationReports To: Customer Service SupervisorFLSA Status: Non-ExemptSummary: The Customer Service representative contributes to the successful achievement of the organization's mission and strategic initiatives by providing quality service to affiliates and consumers when in need of support.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Receive and return phone calls and emailsManage processing & shipping of Marketing MaterialsMonitor Marketing Materials InventoryReorder inventory as neededReceive & process Route 66 retail internet ordersProvide Affiliate Services: Instant & Standard PromotionsCard, Range, and Group loadsAccount Updates Refund requestsInform Affiliate of Kiosk/Vending IssuesAssign USConnect Cards Enter Escalation Tickets via HubSpotManage USConnect, My Market & My Vending Reward, and CAConnect cardsClose accounts & process refundsRespond to HubSpot Request Form emailsManage & delete all inbox junk mail Maintain daily inventory logs for USConnect, My Market & My Vending Rewards, and CAConnectMaintain daily Refund spreadsheetMaintain daily Call spreadsheetAdd & combine new cards to End User accountsTransfer balancesProcess Max Card limit increasesEnter Charity enrollmentsReport & suspend lost cardsProcess Jira tickets for system issues, recurring load notifications, etc.Perform other duties as assigned Supervisory responsibilities: None Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. B.S. preferred; Associates Degree considered. 5 years of customer service experience.Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information on telephone, in one-on-one or small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to communicate information and ideas through effective speaking and documentation. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products including WORD, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written or oral instructions. Ability to listen and analyze information presented.
