  Job Summary
  
  We are seeking a rockstar team member to join our team in our fast-paced, high-energy children's programs. The Little Gym of Greensboro is seeking a Gymnastics Coach to teach and manage our award-winning, curriculum-based programs. Turn your positive energy into a rewarding job that's challenging every day.
  
  Our organization owns and operates four The Little Gyms located throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. You will be part of a small family-owned business, while having growth opportunities through our International Franchise system.
  
  General responsibilities include:
  
  • Teaching classes
  • Providing outstanding member service and making long-lasting member relationships
  • Selling the program to new and existing customers
    Expect to spend a lot of time learning to teach exceptional classes. Working in a small business will also give you an opportunity to develop leadership and creative skills to grow the business and the team!     Ideal Candidate
    
    You can impact hundreds of local families and children each week! The Little Gym team members must demonstrate passion for children, physical fitness, health & wellness, and building relationships with customers. Selling the program is a crucial part of this job as well. Candidates with strong communication skills who can convey benefits and find out customers' motivations for their inquiry are invaluable to the success of the gym.
    
    Qualifications and Skills
    
    • Friendly, positive, can do attitude!
    • Experience working with children between ages 3 - 12 years (examples include preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps or similar experience)
    • Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field)
    • Sincere love of children
    • Self starter
    • High energy and ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Strong work ethic
