Position Title: Wick Assembler

Reports to: Supervisor

Location: Blairs VA

Position Purpose: Responsible for performing part assembly processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities/ Duties/ Functions/Tasks:

* Maintain a safe work environment
* Keep work area organized and clean
* Assemble various parts accurately
* Able to meet or exceed hourly assembly rates

Competencies:

* Excellent hand-eye coordination
* Attention to detail
* Capable of repetitious hand and foot (Depress foot Pedal) motion

Special Position Requirements:

* Have no sensitivity to wood, wood ash, or wood ash scents.
* Must be able to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds consistently.
* Must be willing to work weekends, nights, or days as required to meet production demand.

Experience and Education Requirements:

* Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience;
* 4+ years of manufacturing experience
