Training Manager - Remote

Job Description:

Responsible for creating and implementing effective training programs and materials to ensure a well-rounded employee as well an employee with the skill set that prepares them to effectively process in RCM Operations

Provides feedback of RCM training processes and appropriately layer onto the employee's skill set development

Oversee the development employees for their first 6 months of employment

Sets/ monitors performance metrics and evaluates productivity/ quality for new hire employees

  • Follows up with supervisor to assess any deficiencies that need to be addressed with refresher training or other measures
  • Ensures supervisors are assigning appropriate work types and work amounts to newly placed employees that aligns with their training

Creates management level reporting for leadership to track and monitor new hire and post new hire progress detailing the effectiveness and overall health of the new hire program end to end.

Identify and assess future and current training needs through consultation with operations managers

Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs



License/Certification/Education: Normally a B.A./B.S. Degree in related field w/5-7 years of experience. Previous medical billing experience or receivables experience required.

  • Distance Learning knowledge
  • Blackboard familiarity
  • 3+ Years in RCM Operations role
  • Project Management
