Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of
processes to support the Shared Services Organization functions in
a highly complex global environment. Participate in the
execution of business processes and delivery of services to
internal and external customers that support the vision and
strategy of the GTS and the company’s strategic business
plans. Manage end to end processes for specific assignments
or business entities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality
processes for internal and external GTS customers.
Responsible for providing customer service and executing end to end
processes as well as coordination and continuous improvement of
current business processes within the assigned functional area of
the GTS organization. The ability to work within strict time

Corporate Card Services
Examining reports, receipts, or other documents and comparing them
to company policies.
Resolving customer inquiries. Or Answering phone calls and written
questions, concerns, and complaints.
Maintaining confidentiality of information.
Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set
up, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Providing technical expertise on expense reporting systems
Bringing company strengths / weaknesses to the attention of
management and providing advice as they develop responses or fixes
for these issues
Generating reports and presenting findings to management or other
Recording, reviewing, and interpreting data to determine the
effectiveness of operations.
Analyzing, evaluating, developing, and implementing new control
systems that optimize operations
Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable
internal audit statements.
Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through
effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations
and assisting with monthly close processes.
Guide and direct employees of the Travel and Expense process
ensuring they understand the process flow, submission
Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, and
Work closely with AP to ensure payments are processed on
Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Organize training sessions to ensure new employees receive
Develop and maintain learning materials for new
Identify and accurately code deductions taken by
Interact with customers to obtain backup for deductions
Interact with internal teams (customer service, logistics, trade &
compliance teams) to validate and clear deductions
Produce deductions reports needed for month end reporting and as
needed for management
Other AR duties as assigned
AAS degree or relevant work experience
Advanced Microsoft excel skills
Experience in SAP / Lawson
Experience in roles with increasing responsibility
Demonstrated subject matter expertise
Demonstrated experience with Global Business Processes
