Please review the following job description:

Build, lead and actively manage multiple Centralized Disclosure and Verification of Parties teams to ensure timely disclosure of accurate loan documents and the validation of all parties, while complying with all established operational and regulatory guidelines. Partner with Compliance, Quality Assurance and Credit Risk to implement process changes for new loan products, guidelines and/or fees released, while providing sales and operations support to create a culture of client excellence and teammate accountability for the accuracy of all loans originated and closed.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Facilitate on-going process improvements to achieve higher results for the CDT and VOP teams on an on-going basis. Enforce and maintain procedures for the CDT and VOP Teams to ensure compliance with state, federal and regulatory requirements. Work with the Closing and Post-Closing CD Review teams to validate the accuracy of significant cures, before issuing cures to the Client. Review reports and monitor trends in cures incurred and TRID violations for errors reflected on Loan Estimates disclosed and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences. Work with Compliance and Quality Assurance to develop solutions and implement changes and manage risk associated with the accuracy of all Loan Estimates disclosed. Demonstrate an understanding of Mortgage Origination and Operations and understand the impact of changes made across both areas. Create and maintain process and pipeline management discipline ensuring internal service level agreements are achieved. Partner with the sales teams to maximize teamwork and regulatory quality to ensure delivery of a high level of customer service to our clients. Provide coaching and guidance to managers surrounding the policies and procedures for their team; resolve or coordinate the resolution of client service-related problems and effectively managing all Human System issues to ensure execution of the vision, mission and values of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Five years of financial industry experience or equivalent
3. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
4. Ability to manage and monitor the performance of others and provide quality coaching to improve performance.
5. Ability to utilize a mortgage loan origination system
6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
2. Management/leadership experience
3. Basic knowledge of Empower
4. Basic knowledge of other Bank services and products

5. Very strong experience with Mortgage fee disclosure strongly preferred
