**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Speak with customers in person or over the phone to offer and
cross sell insurance solutions, provide information about their
existing insurance policy, and resolve customer issues.
+ Assist Branch Insurance Sales Agents as needed
+ Offer new insurance products, process policy endorsements,
reinstatements and new business applications.
+ Balance workload priorities to ensure successful
+ Keep records of customer interaction and transactions,
documenting details of conversations, as well as actions taken.
+ Resolve customer's service or billing issues.
+ Follow up to ensure that appropriate changes have been made to
