+ Excellent hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm M-F


+ Speak with customers in person or over the phone to offer and cross sell insurance solutions, provide information about their existing insurance policy, and resolve customer issues.

+ Assist Branch Insurance Sales Agents as needed

+ Offer new insurance products, process policy endorsements, reinstatements and new business applications.

+ Balance workload priorities to ensure successful execution.

+ Keep records of customer interaction and transactions, documenting details of conversations, as well as actions taken.

+ Resolve customer's service or billing issues.

+ Follow up to ensure that appropriate changes have been made to customer accounts.



+ Experience with Personal, Auto or Commercial Insurance

+ Active South Carolina Property and Casualty License

+ Face to Face Customer Service experience


+ Omega and/or Guidewire system experience


+ Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment.

+ Proactive approach to problem identification and resolutions.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills


+ No felony convictions within the past 7 years

+ Credit report with no open bankruptcies or showing delinquent debt over $50,000

+ This position involves sitting, standing, walking and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing lifting, and carrying typical office equipment. Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting.

+ Finger and hand dexterity is required for frequent and continuous operation of all office equipment.

+ Normal or corrected hearing to the level of ability to receive detailed information orally and to accurately understand normal conversations, both in person and on the telephone.

+ Ability to process, express and exchange information orally, in writing, presentations and through online applications.

+ Mental and emotional ability to work effectively in a busy environment, interacting with people and dealing with difficult situations.
