Maxim Healthcare Service is currently seeking aProgram Coordinator ( 'Qualified Professional ')to be responsible for coordinating day to day operations of periodic services and staff and for promoting personal growth and independence of service recipients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures personal growth and independence of service recipients through initial and on-going support and training of staffListens to and responds to the needs of service recipients, parents/guardians, area program staff, and agency board membersOrganizes/coordinates resources of staffAssures quality and timelines of all documentationDocuments hiring and training activities in accordance with federal, state, and local requirementsAttends and maintains current mandated trainingCommunicates in a professional manner with all service recipients, staff, parents/guardians, area program staff and agency board membersDevelops listening and communication skills in/with staffAdvocates for service recipients in all situationsPromotes agency growth through quality servicesPromotes agency longevity through sound fiscal managementInterviews and hires eligible staffMakes purchases and allocate resources within budgetary guidelinesPerforms other duties as assigned/necessaryMaxim Healthcare Services is one of the leading providers of medical staffing, home health and wellness services in the United States.
