We are in search of an intelligent and motivated administrative
assistant who possesses a professional attitude with the ability to
effectively support our civil engineering branch office with a
current staff of approximately 45 people. The right candidate will
be committed to quality and be able to utilize sound judgment when
working with vendors, clients and employees. This is a full-time
position, with anticipating working hours of 8:00AM to 5PM.
+ General duties include:
+ Directing phone calls
+ Directing all Incoming mail and preparing outgoing
+ Editing and proofing of technical reports and
+ Compiling and bookmarking pdfs
+ Copying and scanning documents
+ Assembling bound copies of reports
+ Ordering of lunches for on-site training/presentations
+ Maintaining records of repairs and renewals of company?s auto
+ Maintaining inventory of equipment, office and kitchen
+ Assisting in local marketing and business development efforts
+ Maintaining a schedule of conferences/exhibit displays
+ Maintaining Employee PE and PG renewals records
+ Provides Office Manager and Departmental support as needed
+ Reports to the Office Manager and will also receive
assignments from multiple departments and must have a willingness
to do what?s needed to support the team.
+ Bachelor?s Degree and 1 year related experience in office
administration. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 3 years?
+ Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
+ Ability to pass a pre-employment screening.
+ U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required. No
