Job Description:

JOB SUMMARYThis Account Coordinator position supports the sales team by acting as liason between sales, operations and customers. Manages customer orders and ensures all client requirements are met while balancing day to day tasks.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork directly with client post-deposit or PO to verify and complete details pertaining to orders.Process customer quotes (as needed), orders, change orders, proforma/commercial invoices, Credit Notes in ERPWork directly with customer to confirm schedules, material and payment requirements as well Need-by dates.Run and apply customer deposits, final payments, invoice payments (for clients with terms). Ensure that all information pertaining to orders is correct and accurate before release to operations.Send orders to production for cushion and frame productionMonitor all stages of the order to make sure it is hitting needed milestones. Communicate proactively with sales, operations and clients on order status.Understand key performance indicators and adhere to the departmental objectives, set goals and expectations.
