Directs the development of company marketing programs.
Responsible for assessment of existing and potential markets,
product life cycle planning, coordination of technical product
development, development of product strategies, the definition of
promotional activities, and product launch. Activities may include
technical sales support; product advertising/promotion; planning,
developing, and implementing multiple channel programs; and
directing the development of company market requirements for
specific product(s) or product line(s).
- Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and
authorizes their implementation. Detailed knowledge of the company
allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas. Provides
direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or

Provide engineering with specific market needs (cost, schedule,
quality) and technical requirements for products under development.

requirements are clearly understood by the development team.

sales tools and marketing materials (launch packs, fighter guide,
etc.) that enable sales to effectively sell products. Directs and

inventory levels for products managed.

variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing
strategy and direction for major functional areas. Requires
in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and
the company's goals. Collect market dynamics and data for regional
markets and customers, with the purpose of identifying and
quantifying regional market and specific customer opportunities as
well as foreseeing technical requirements. Understand and help
define product roadmaps. Engage early with regional customers in
their device concepts and planning with the purpose of successfully
influencing them to align with Qorvo product and RF reference

- BSEE or Equivalent engineering degree (prefer MBA degree)
- Minimum 4 years experience in electrical engineering work.
Preferred experience in the telecommunication field
