SummaryThe Junior Specialist - Customer Care (Audit) is responsible for resolving and documenting customer issues in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.This position is remote eligible if on the East Coast.What You'll DoResolve Lidl US customer issues regarding products or in store experienceOpen, monitor, and close customer service cases in electronic CRM systemGreet customers warmly and determine problems or reasons for callingAssist with customer refunds and reimbursementsAnswer questions about warranties, product availability, and terms of saleEscalate cases to second level customer care when appropriate Provide feedback to Customer Service Management regarding departmental and company processes and procedures to ensure a positive customer experienceUse and modify scripted responses to guide interactions with customersWhat You'll NeedHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ years related experience working in customer service call center environmentPrevious experience resolving customer complaints Experience in retail/grocery industry preferredAbility to work evenings and weekendsAbility to maintain a professional and calm demeanor in handling complex and demanding scenariosAbility to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and commitment to deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and asking questionsExcellent written and spoken communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to be flexible and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well in a close knit, collaborative environmentStrong customer service experience, especially in assisting customers with resolving questions and potential issuesExperience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferredWhat You'll ReceiveAt Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.
