Leasing Support Specialist Our client is a leader in the real estate and retail space. They are looking for a Leasing Support Specialist to join their growing team. As the Leasing Support Specialist, you are responsible for managing the specialty leasing function for an assigned property or group of properties, meeting revenue goals established by the company, and driving NOI at the property level. We will look to you to consistently seek new and innovative specialty leasing solutions to fill empty suites and drive revenue while upholding standards.Leasing Support Specialist Compensation $40,000-$45,000Leasing Support Specialist Responsibilities * Identify potential tenants and generate opportunities for your property, develop proposals, negotiate terms and finalize deals.* With a strong attention to detail, you will maintain the contact list for Specialty Leasing, pooling network sources with other Specialty Leasing Representatives.* Working with our center managers, you will cold call and canvas their local areas to identify prospects.* Pursuing Specialty Leasing prospects, you will make initial contact for incoming inquiries, gather tenant information and any required documentation, and forward prospects for approval.* Cooperatively and collaboratively, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with all specialty tenants and prospects.* Working inter-departmentally and cross-functionally, you will coordinate with members of the Leasing team and center staff in the development of leasing plans and also with the General Manager, Regional Manager, Construction Manager/Tenant Coordinator on the construction and turnover of tenant spaces.* Driving innovation and positive change and to leverage programs, tools, and resources, you will attend Asset Management meetings for various properties as required and actively participate in center staff meetings.* Through personal research, you stay keenly aware of the current retail landscape and consumer trends and can adapt processes and approach swiftly to sustain positive outcomes.Leasing Support Specialist * High school diploma or equivalent* Five plus years experience in retail lease and or REIT industry experience. A bachelor's degree or certification as a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and/or Specialty Leasing Designation (SLD) is preferred.* Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational and time management skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, and are able to quickly learn the systems.* Team player with strong attention to detailCategory Code: JN057#zr
