Our team aligns strategic business objectives with IT landscapes to create sustainable digital transformation roadmaps and target architectures. You will join a dynamic team charged with ensuring Mack and Volvo Trucks customers are successful while respecting the Volvo Group Values.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities* Own digital integration and information management strategic outcomes.* Coach Digital Product teams to consider end to end context when taking architecture decisions.* Consult with IT Stakeholders regarding value chain models, business capabilities, information and application landscapes.* Guide product delivery teams regarding architecture principles, target architectures, and integration practices.* Ensure information and integration landscape catalogs are maintained and available to all IT stakeholders.* Ensure Mack and Volvo Trucks North America applications adhere to privacy and security policies as defined by Volvo Group.* Participate in Mack and Volvo Trucks North America Enterprise Architecture team as member and segment lead for integration and information management.* Act as Deputy for Mack and Volvo Trucks NA Head Enterprise Architect as needed.* Participate in global Enterprise Architecture forums while representing Mack & Volvo Trucks NA customers and needs.Required Competencies* Strong communication and influence skills.* Comfortable working with all levels of the organization; from top level executives to individual contributors.* Proven leadership driving continuous improvement and blameless site reliability engineering culture change,* Strong information and application modeling.* Business oriented and problem-solving mindset.* Business capability and value stream mapping.* Proven delivery of API Gateway, Developer Portal, RESTful API, GraphQL, Messaging Middleware.* Experience connecting platforms like Salesforce, Pega, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics with legacy applications and data lakes.* Customer Service mindset.* Certification with Enterprise Architecture framework a plus.* Heavy Duty Truck or Automotive Industry Experience a plus.PERSONAL PROFILEEssential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field.* 5-8 years' experience in enterprise architecture, application integration architecture, systems analysis, software development, or engineeringPreferred Experience and Knowledge* Formal training in leadership, communication and people skills* Broad knowledge of diverse business areas (Sales, Aftermarket, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, HR, Finance)* Experience working in a complex global organization* Understanding business models* Project management abilities* Systems thinking* IT strategy developmentWe believe in the importance of diversity and inclusiveness to make us a strongerand better organization.
