Production Lead Location: Whitsett, NC Pay: 23.00/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Join a fast-paced production team where your leadership makes an impact. We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Lead to oversee daily production activities within a fast-paced configuration and fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, driving production output, and ensuring all orders meet quality standards and delivery timelines. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on the production floor, motivates teams, and ensures operational excellence in a high-volume setting. What You’ll Do: Lead daily production activities (imaging, configuration, testing, and packing) Assign tasks and keep workflow moving efficiently Drive output to meet deadlines and production goals Troubleshoot issues and remove bottlenecks Ensure quality standards and procedures are followed Partner with warehouse and operations teams to meet demand What We’re Looking For: 3 years of production, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Experience with systems like SAP or similar is a plus Ability to stay hands-on and lead from the floor Why Apply?
