Job Description Job Description Allegiance Staffing is hiring a Full-Time Window/Door Installation Service Technician in the Raleigh, NC area! We are seeking a high-character, team-minded individual to work for a company that has been a source of top-quality building materials for close to 40 years specializing in semi-custom and custom cabinetry, supplying windows, doors, millwork, decking, siding, columns, and other architectural elements. Duties and Responsibilities: Installing screens, balancing windows, replacing glass and/or sashes, cleaning windows, and any other necessary adjustments Installs items such as muntins, screens, etc. Ability to assess homeowners concerns and determine corrective action to take Understand the correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation Perform services on all windows and doors, whether due to installation or manufacturing Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently Travel to customer’s homes to assess and repair products Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit it promptly Job site cleanup Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License Experience as a Window Service Technician for at least 2 years (Finish Carpentry is a plus) Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb a ladder Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Highly organized with the ability to reflect empathy toward customers Apply today for your next great opportunity RAL
