Job Description:
Job Title: Machine Operator We are a dedicated team focused on
delivering excellence in every aspect of our production process.

industry. Company Location: - Whitsett NC 27377 USA Must train on
1st shift for 2 weeks-then move to 2nd shift 3:30-12am pay rate
$22.00 and up DOE Roles and Responsibilities: As a Machine
Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process.
Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and maintaining
various machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. -
Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as needed to
meet quality standards. - Collaborating with team members to
troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues. - Performing
routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent
downtime. - Documenting production data and reporting any
discrepancies to supervisors. Experience Level: - Preferred
experience level is 2 to 3 years in a manufacturing or machine
operation setting. Desired Skills: We seek individuals who possess:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand machine
operations. - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and
address issues efficiently. - A commitment to safety and quality in
all aspects of work. - Effective communication skills and the
ability to work well in a team environment. - Attention to detail
to ensure precision in machine operation and production output.
