As Operations Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our
daily distribution operations, leading teams to achieve operational
excellence while developing future leaders. Operational Leadership:
Daily Distribution Management Oversee all distribution center
operations, including receiving, picking, loading, shipping,
will-call, and customer serviceEnsure efficient workflows, process
adherence, accurate inventory control, and optimized productivity
metricsCoordinate daily operations with drivers, warehouse
associates, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, accurate
delivery Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Identify and
implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy,
and space utilizationLead continuous improvement initiatives using
Six Sigma or similar methodologiesMonitor KPIs, analyze performance
gaps, and execute corrective action plansTeam Leadership &
Development: Talent Management & People Development Recruit, train,
coach, and develop warehouse staff while conducting performance
evaluations and ongoing feedbackEstablish clear performance
standards, accountability, and training programsAuthority to
recommend and implement disciplinary actions in partnership with
Human Resources.Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and

company safety compliance while promoting a zero-incident
cultureConduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and

Minimum 3 years of logistics or distribution management
