Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading building materials company who is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 6am-4pm Monday-Thursday, and 6am-12pm on Fridays. Responsibilities: Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising up to 14 direct reports ranging from warehouse and manufacturing associates to CDL and non CDL drivers Supervisor will manage work schedules as well as project progress Supervisor will manage inventory for materials, tools, and equipment Supervisor will schedule deliveries and assist in loading trucks as necessary Supervisor will train and onboard warehouse employees as well as conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans Supervisor will maintain vehicle fleet and ensure scheduled maintenance is performed on a regular basis Requirements: Candidates must have 5 years warehouse and distribution background, leadership experience required Must have knowledge of NC DOT requirements Must be comfortable working in a non climate controlled environment and lifting up to 75 lbs on a regular basis Must have a valid NC Driver’s License Candidate must be computer savvy Bilingual a plus! Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
