Job Description Job Description Paralegal Established (est. 10 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for Personal Injury Litigation in Garland, TX An established firm based in Garland with over est. 10 years in practice is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with 3 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Paralegal will have experience with personal injury pre-litigation and litigation , ensuring meticulous case management, organized file handling, and comprehensive litigation support throughout the full case lifecycle. Offer: Salary range: $75,000-$95,000, contingent on experience Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Short-term disability Life insurance Referral program Paid time off Paid holidays State-of-the-art office environment Positive and enthusiastic work culture Qualifications: The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation and litigation. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish. The candidate must have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills due to the extensive client interaction required. The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. The candidate must be able to prioritize work and perform well under pressure. The candidate must be well organized and detail oriented. The candidate must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. Responsibilities: The Paralegal will handle a high-volume caseload. The Paralegal will manage cases from intake and opening through settlement and closing. The Paralegal will contact clients, insurance companies, and medical providers. The Paralegal will order medical records and communicate with clients and providers throughout the course of treatment. The Paralegal will obtain documents necessary to support injury and liability positions. The Paralegal will interact with insurance carriers and medical providers to secure records and account balances. The Paralegal will contact insurance companies to determine coverages and policy limits. The Paralegal will maintain organized case files. The Paralegal will draft litigation complaints and discovery responses.
