Comprehensive Benefits Hybrid Flexible Schedule Respected Family Law Firm Job Details We are seeking a Family Law Associate to join our firm in Raleigh. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of family law matters, including child custody, child support, domestic abuse, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a passion for family law to further develop their skills in a supportive and challenging environment. Responsibilities: Managing a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and other related issues. Representing clients in court proceedings and ensuring their rights and interests are protected. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and advising clients accordingly. Providing compassionate and effective legal advice to clients during challenging times. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active member of the North Carolina state bar in good standing. A minimum of 1 year of experience in family law experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization. Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
