A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate transactional law, securities law, securities law compliance, and bank regulatory law.3. Strong knowledge of federal and state securities laws and regulations.4. Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.6.
