What is the Customer Service Representative Internet/Voice role?

Are you eager to learn and ready for a new challenge? No matter your background, our representative training and mentoring programs can put you ahead of the curve on all the latest technology. Well help you develop skills to be comfortable in your role troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, walking customers through fixes they can do themselves and initiating additional internal support teams when necessary. Minimum requirements for the Customer Service Internet/Voice Representative are:

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Minimum Education needed:

--- High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Work Experience:

--- 6 months or more of technical support experience

--- 6 months or more working with computers and multiple software applications
