Position type: Full-time/Contract Duration: 16 Months Location: Charlotte, NC(On site) As a Project Manager you will: Participate in low to moderately complex projects and identify opportunities for process improvement. Manage and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). Oversee and organize the project mailbox, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Document and distribute meeting minutes and track action items. Create and manage project plans using Microsoft Project. Ensure compliance with Change Delivery requirements and maintain records in the Registry system. Manage and organize project artifacts in accordance with internal standards. Conduct research and evaluate alternatives for project-related challenges. Present recommendations for resolving issues and improving project outcomes. Provide project-related information and updates to client personnel and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Project Management or equivalent (work, consulting, military, or education). Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project tracking tools. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
