Job Description:

Genesis10 is currently seeking a System Administrator with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities: Role will be responsible for planning and coordinating patching and remediation across Wintel and Linux servers
Candidate will work closely with system administrators and application owners to coordinate and deliver updates to resolve vulnerabilities
Candidate may be required to analyze vulnerabilities and ensure appropriate action is being taken against the server ensuring smooth patch delivery
Responsible for reporting results to clients and partner teams


Requirements: Experience with Vulnerability Management patching
Strong reporting and MSFT Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of client environment
Experience working with system implementations following organizational processes
Flexible scheduling
Windows and/or Linux systems administration with deployment experience in large environments


Desired Skills: Knowledge of Bladelogic
