Job Description:
The Director of Nursing Services (RN) oversees clinical
operations at a skilled nursing facility in Tigard, Oregon.
Responsibilities include staffing, care planning, quality
assurance, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Requires a current Oregon RN license, minimum 3 years supervisory
experience in healthcare, and 6 months in rehabilitative
nursing.
Must hold CPR/BLS certification and demonstrate leadership,
attention to detail, and communication skills.
