Lincoln National Corporation, Greensboro, NC, seeks a Contact
Center Developer to develop and implement software applications
within the Genesys platform that support multiple contact centers
across various lines of business. Utilize Google Dialog Flow to
create conversational interfaces for websites, mobile applications,
popular messaging platforms, and IoT (Internet of Things) devices.
Provide guidance in setting specific design standards and implement
technologies across multiple platforms. Develop a roadmap to
implement latest technologies within Genesys and other platforms.
Develop specific requests from multiple lines of business to
integrate within Genesys and Verint. Develop CRM tools that
leverage Java and perform in a Scrum Agile environment with daily
stand-ups. Utilize Java and J2EE to design, code, test and
implement enhancements and modifications across multiple platforms.
Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide on-demand cloud
computing platforms and APIs. Using Spring Cloud in Netflix OSS for
building distributed systems through autoconfiguration and binding
to the Spring Environment and other Spring programming model
idioms. Configure the common patterns within applications
components using Eureka for Service Discovery, Hystrix for Circuit
Breaker, Zuul for Intelligent Routing and Ribbon for Client Side
Load Balancing. Write SQL queries to extract data from databases.
Use Spring and Hibernate to develop Web Apps and Web Service within
a Java framework. Utilize Angular to build web applications.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer
Science or a closely related field and 5 years of experience using
Java and J2EE to develop software applications. Experience must
include: 4 years using Spring and Hibernate to develop Web Apps and
Web Service within a Java framework; 3 years utilizing Angular to
build web applications; 3 years writing SQL queries to extract data
from databases; and 2 years configuring the common patterns within
applications and building large distributed systems with Spring
Cloud in Netflix OSS components using Eureka for Service Discovery,
Hystrix for Circuit Breaker, Zuul for Intelligent Routing and
Ribbon for Clien Side Load Balancing. Apply to
