Job Description:

This is a newly created position that will act as a Business Partner to the General Manager and work closely with the Operations leadership team. This will be part of a larger global HR team. Client Details They are a global manufacturing company. Description Designing & Implementing HR strategies alongside the Global Director of HR & Plant Manager Lead employee relations Assist in the interviewing process for leadership positions Create career progression for current employees Development of compensation incentive and recognition program to attract and retain employees Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., compensation, benefits, learning & development) to meet plant needs Develop & implement employee engagement activities Assist with Training Coach and support supervisors and managers on performance management, development planning, and employee engagement. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
