Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an Assisted Living Facility in the Burlington, NC area for our growing team! We are offering Flex/PRN and Contract work at our partnered facility! Pay Rate for Per Diem: $33/hr Pay Rate for Contracts (4-13 weeks): $35/hr In addition to Top Pay we offer the following: Weekly direct deposit Access to webinars and CEU's Eligible for Matchwell giveaways Medical, vision, and dental insurance You'll be a perfect fit for this position if you: Current NC LPN license in good standing Enjoy working in long-term care settings Current CPR/BLS Certification TB Screen within last year You'll be tasked with the following responsibilities: Conduct daily resident rounds to assess physical and mental health status. Implement any required nursing interventions and document them appropriately. Coordinate admission, discharge, and transfer of residents. Keep the charge nurse informed about the status of residents.
