Job Description:

Griswold Home Care is looking to add an experienced H/R Administrator to our office staff. This person will be responsible to help H/R department with various functions.

Your main administrative duties include *assisting with recruiting and applicant screening, developing and executing employee retention strategies, training, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases*.

Our ideal candidate has experience in the home care or healthcare industry, has a proven track record with employee engagement and retention programs and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Prior experience in classroom training a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
