to join a talented culinary team and contribute to an elevated
sushi and service experience. Average earnings range from $24 - $28
per hour (base tips) , along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities Develop familiarity with the menu, daily
specials, and core elements of Japanese cuisine. Learn and refine
sushi-making techniques under the guidance of experienced culinary
leadership. Handle ingredients responsibly, emphasizing quality,
consistency, and minimal waste. Engage directly with guests at the
sushi bar—taking orders, explaining dishes, and creating memorable
experiences. Rotate through various sushi stations, advancing as
proficiency grows. Collaborate with fellow chefs to develop dishes
featured on special menus and seasonal offerings. Desired
