Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing:-Lead and equip the sales team for success, providing the necessary tools and guidance.-Drive sales growth through effective systems and ongoing analysis of KPIs.-Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, customers, vendors, and all co-workers.-Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to develop the sales team's skills and improve their performance.-Manage lead distribution effectively and ensure efficient follow-up.-Analyze data meticulously, report on progress, identify growth opportunities, and participate in the recruitment of new team members as needed.
