A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Agent for a Wellness Brand.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat
Assist customers with questions related to products, orders, shipping, and returns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

Proficiency with Shopify support integrations like Willdesk or Gorgias
Basic understanding of the wellness or supplement industry
Independent and self-motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction
Stable computer and high-speed internet connection
Quiet and organized home workspace for remote work
