In this Customer Service role, you help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own financial dreams. You'll assist with a broad range of needs including answering questions about their account balance, helping to make withdrawals, transfer funds, or find resources.How it works ---Join a group of associates who are also beginning their career in Customer Service, you'll be surrounded by a team of leaders, coaches, mentors, and peers who provide support at each stage.

  • During the first four months, spend time onboarding, training, and preparing to become a FINRA Registered Representative (acquire your Series 7 and 63 license.) In this phase, take basic customer calls and progress to more complex calls as knowledge and experience is developed around money movement, mutual fund trading, transfer of assets, and more! A robust learning and study program (plus study buddies) are with you every step of the way.
  • In the subsequent months, continue taking customer calls to develop and hone your skills. There will be time in the day (away from the phones) to join team activities, get well-being support, and career coaching. Imagine someone sits down with you to talk about your strengths, interests, and passions-helping you to begin charting your career path.
  • Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers, then get more variety in your work week by spending more time off the phones pursuing a new role that interests you-acquiring new skills, gaining new experiences, building your network, and delivering value in different ways.Advantages of the program ---Onboarding & Experiential Learning: Paid training within an industry-leading program will fully prepare you to develop the skills needed to engage with customers, while acquiring your license.
