  • SUMMARYWe are seeking candidates with Retail Stocking experience that are reliable, efficient and prideful. Our grocery merchandisers drive their own vehicles on their assigned route and are reimbursed for mileage. They service grocery (or box) stores by replenishing the beer on the floor with product from the back room.
    • Starting Pay is $15/hour, based on your experience in the industry
    • You will have the opportunity to increase your paycheck within your first year
    • Work Four, 10 hour days with 3 consecutive days off each week

    • Requirements:
      Must be Available to Work Weekends
      Must have a Valid Drivers License and Reliable TransportationDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Rotate, restock and merchandise accounts (displays, shelves & cold boxes)
      • Organize and rotate back stock
      • Build and maintain a friendly, professional relationship with each account
      • Check email/voicemail periodically during the day
      • Maintain safe driving record and comply with Caffey Distributing driving points policy
      • Always adhere to dress code and be properly groomed
      • Confer with Merchandising Manager to resolve customer problems and competitive activity in the market and any opportunities
      • Obey all Federal, State, and local laws
      • Perform other duties as assigned
