Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative works under the direction of the Manager of Customer Service and functions as point-of-contact for Regional Sales Managers, distributors and customers including but not limited to: commercial, residential, architects and the general public.Duties/Responsibilities:Provides problem resolution; answers questions responds to correspondences, etc.Is responsible for the fulfillment of sample request initiated by distributors, clients, etc.Responds to request for price quotes. Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.Handles orders: enters information into system; trouble-shoots any issues; works with production personnel, regarding fulfillment of order.
