We are a growing company and are excited to invite caring, detailed, and patient-centric Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our pharmacy team. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an important voice to our patients and is a representative of our care and service. You will work closely with patients over the phone to discuss the delivery of medications and answer patient questions related to their prescriptions. You will also field incoming calls from patients. To this end, our best customer service representatives know how to listen to, ask important questions, and build relationships with patients. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will also work with UpStream team members, reaching out to our clinical care teams to communicate and resolve patient concerns and partnering with pharmacy team members on pharmacy tasks. This position requires confidentiality, discretion, and exceptional customer service. Primary Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Calling patients to discuss delivery of medications and notifying them of price
  • Processing payments through the pharmacy cash register
  • Inputting and maintaining payment information in the patient profile
  • Reconciling the cash register and driver logs
  • Creating and reviewing pharmacy transaction reports
  • Communicating with chronic care team members to resolve patient questions or concerns
  • Fielding incoming patient calls concerning medication needs and questions
  • Assisting with other pharmacy tasks as needed Job Type: Full-time; Monday-Friday; Generally between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, may varyBenefits: We offer a full benefits package for full-time employees including Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision, and 401(k).       • 6+ months Patient care experience
