Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/21/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 5x8hrs - Hours: 40 hrs/wk - Start Date: Apr 21, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARDMS OB/GYN certification for a 13-week travel assignment in Raleigh, NC. Details - Outpatient perinatal/maternal fetal medicine ultrasound setting - Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics - GE ultrasound equipment used - Monday through Friday day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts) - No weekend or on-call requirements - No floating requirements - 13-week contract Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist; 2 years highly preferred - ARDMS OB/GYN and BLS certifications required and must be in hand at time of consideration - Compact or NC license required if applicable, and must be in hand at time of consideration - Experience with GE ultrasound equipment required - One supervisory reference from within the last year required - Full SSN and DOB required for consideration - Flu vaccine required; no exemptions or declinations accepted Additional Information - First-time travelers will be considered for this position - Local candidates within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at a reduced rate - Orientation is conducted on a bi-weekly schedule American Traveler Job ID P-685725.
