EEG Tech Location: Greensboro, NC Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,760 to $1,920 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position ? Pay Rate: $44.00 - $48.00/Hourly. Summary: An EEG Technician performs diagnostic tests to measure and record the electrical activity of the brain. These tests help physicians diagnose neurological conditions such as epilepsy, seizures, sleep disorders, and brain injuries. The technician ensures accurate recordings while maintaining patient comfort and safety. Locals not accepted Responsibilities: Prepare patients for EEG procedures by explaining the process and addressing concerns. Apply electrodes to the patient’s scalp according to standard protocols. Operate EEG equipment to record brain wave activity. Monitor patients during procedures and observe for abnormalities (e.g., seizure activity).
