Coverage • Day & Night Shifts • Ongoing Need Rhino Medical is
leading the charge seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to support
a dual-site system go-live across two emergency departments in
North Carolina. This is a cross-credentialed opportunity providing
access to both a community hospital ED and a freestanding emergency
department, offering a blend of acuity, volume, and scheduling
flexibility. This is a launch-driven engagement with immediate
demand beginning mid-July—physicians who engage early will have
priority access to schedule alignment across both sites.

July 16, 2026 Duration: Initial 30–60 days with potential for

Cross-credentialing across both facilities required EMR: Paragon
Facility Overview Site 1 – Community Hospital ED (Henderson):
~25,000 annual ED visits 20 ED beds Level III-type community acuity
with inpatient capabilities ICU and specialty support available
Dedicated Fast Track (10 beds) Site 2 – Freestanding ED
(Louisburg): ~13,000 annual ED visits 12 ED beds Low-acuity,
high-efficiency environment Transfers supported through primary
hospital Practice Environment This is a flexible, system-based
emergency medicine model offering exposure to multiple care
settings. Physician-led coverage with APP support Mix of
moderate-acuity hospital ED and lower-acuity freestanding ED
Broad-spectrum emergency medicine practice Ability to balance
acuity and pace across sites This model allows physicians to work
across both environments for maximum schedule flexibility and
variety . Shift Structure Henderson: Physician: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Louisburg: Physician: ~7:00 AM start,
extended day coverage (final schedule aligning with go-live) Shift
times may be refined prior to go-live. Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat emergency department patients Manage
full-spectrum emergency medicine cases Perform procedures within
scope Supervise APPs across both sites Collaborate with hospital
staff and transfer networks Respond to in-hospital codes at main
campus (Henderson) What We’re Looking For Board Certified or Board
Eligible Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
Active North Carolina license or in process DEA required
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required Experience: Emergency
Department experience required Comfortable working both day and
night shifts Ability to adapt across multiple ED environments Why
