Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and diligent
Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role
involves direct patient care within our specialized inpatient
rehabilitation and home-based care services, aimed at delivering
high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care. The ideal
candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing patient lives
through exceptional clinical practices, personalized patient
interactions, and comprehensive acute healthcare services. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a collaborative
healthcare setting. Administer medications, monitor patient
recovery and progress, and educate patients and their families on
post-hospital care. Maintain patient health records and report on
vital signs, recovery progress, and any changes in condition.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan for patient care.
Advocate for the needs of patients. Guide patients and their
families in disease prevention and health promotion practices.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong
clinical skills and ability to handle medical equipment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse
licensure in applicable state. CPR certification. Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
