Job Description Family Medicine Physician Hospital-Employed | 100% Outpatient Dillon, South Carolina We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a hospital-employed primary care practice in Dillon, South Carolina . This position is 100% outpatient with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating phone call only (1:10) , supporting an excellent work–life balance. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform routine wellness visits, screenings, and preventive care Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Requirements Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure Strong clinical, communication, and patient-centered care skills This hospital-employed opportunity offers a stable practice model, predictable schedule, and the chance to build long-term patient relationships in a community-focused setting.
