Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n Intervnt Radiology Techno - Intervnt Radiology Techno /n/n Job Details: /n • IR, NIR and vascular experience required /n• Siemens experience preferred /n• Local candidates will be reviewed first /n• Schedule patients for hospital transportation and coordinate with various departments /n• Create procedural orders and confirm patient identity and consent /n• Maintain procedure documentation and input necessary procedural information /n• Operate specialized imaging equipment including single plane and bi-plane digital imaging systems, ultrasound, CT scan, IVUS, power injector, and various other diagnostic equipment /n• Provide high-quality multi-modality imaging support during interventional procedures /n• Perform portable interventional procedures and support other clinical partners /n• Complete image post-processing and quality assurance /n• Perform systems checks and quality control testing on equipment /n• Assist interventional proceduralist as first assist with sterile technique /n• Monitor patient condition and assist with hemodynamic monitoring /n• Practice radiation protection protocols for patients and staff /n• Required certifications: ARRT registry, BLS or ACLS certification /n• Must maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually /n• Required education: Accredited Associate's Degree or completion of accredited Radiologic Sciences Program /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center that provides advanced interventional radiology services with state-of-the-art imaging technology and equipment.
