ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 26 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM • Every other weekend schedule with holiday rotation required • Must accept 26-week assignment (no 13-week option available) • Required to work Charge RN shifts as needed • Float to other units and all Cone Health facilities as needed • Maintain 1:6 patient ratios • Care for primarily medical surgical patient population on telemetry capable unit • Must pass EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed) • Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS • EPIC charting system experience required • 2 years of nursing experience and previous charge experience required • Travel nursing experience required • Clinical skills include: blood product administration, peripheral line care, starting IVs, heparin and insulin protocols, PCA management, nasal cannula, isolation precautions • Manage colostomy/ileostomy care, feeding tubes, PICC lines, surgical drains, BiPAP/CPAP, wound care/wound vac, and oral suctioning • Work with rapid response teams and interpret dysrhythmias • Care for adult and geriatric patients • Zero tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences • Complete compliance requirements by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date • 50-mile local radius restriction Facility: This community hospital provides comprehensive medical and surgical services with telemetry monitoring capabilities.
