ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: • Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Schedule includes 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6-week period • Holiday coverage as needed • No call requirements • Minimum 2 years emergency department experience required • First time travelers accepted • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH • Preferred certifications: CPI, PALS, TNCC • EPIC charting system experience required • Previous Charge RN and Level 2 Trauma experience preferred • Patient ratio experience of 4-5 patients • Care for adult patients in emergency department with 180 visits per day • 63-room emergency department with comprehensive trauma, stroke, and cardiac services • 24-hour orientation provided • Pass/Fail EKG exam required during compliance with 2 attempts allowed • Must complete compliance file by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date • Subject to float to other campuses within the health system if needed • Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences • 50-mile local radius restriction applies Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive emergency services department featuring a 63-bed emergency department that handles approximately 180 visits per day.
