ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Registered Nurse - PACU Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM • Call required for weekends and holidays as needed • Patient ratio of 2:1 across all shifts • Minimum 2 years of experience required - no first time travelers • Travel experience required • Phase I PACU experience required • Ambulatory or outpatient, pain management, and Phase 2 recovery experience preferred • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS • EPIC charting system experience required • Must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed) • Handle main case types including orthopedic, urology, general, GYN, and GYN oncology procedures • Care for patients across age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Work in 14-bed unit with daily census of 30-40 patients • Subject to float to any facility campus if needed • Complete 36-hour orientation and 2-4 hours of non-billable modules • Zero tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences • One pre-approved time off request allowed per contract Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive PACU department specializing in post-anesthesia care for diverse surgical procedures.
