ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work three 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM • Every other weekend schedule required • Holiday coverage as needed • Float required if needed across all Cone Health facilities • Patient ratio of 5-6 patients • 24 hours of orientation provided • Minimum 2 years of experience required (first time travelers accepted) • Previous charge RN experience preferred • BLS certification required • Must pass EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed) • EPIC charting system experience required • Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences • Care for observation patients, respiratory conditions, general medical surgical diagnoses, palliative/end of life/hospice patients, psychiatric observation, diabetes patients, and surgical patients • Skills include telemetry monitoring, central line management, PICC line management, dysrhythmia interpretation, wound care, and various medical procedures • Must complete mandatory modules during orientation (2-4 hours, non-billable) • Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center providing a wide range of acute care services.
