Job Description:
Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Physician - Charlotte,
NCPosition Details - Seeking a physician with experience in
hematopoietic cell transplantation and CAR-T cell therapy - Ideal
candidate will have a subspecialty interest in leukemia and
myelodysplasia - FACT-accredited program performing
allogeneic/autologous transplantation and CAR-T therapy - Program
includes seven physician providers and 12 advanced practice
providers - Rounding and call schedule is 1:4, with APPs taking
first call - High-level support from pathology, blood bank,
radiology, ICU, and specialist services - Providers cover only one
site (no cross-site rounding or call coverage) - Newly developed
outpatient Cellular Therapy and Apheresis Unit with 12
HEPA-filtered patient rooms - Onsite stem cell lab under
construction (completion expected December 2025) - Dedicated Phase
1 clinical trial units at both Charlotte and Winston-Salem
locations Candidate Qualifications - Board-certified or
board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology - New graduates
and physicians with 1 2 years of post-fellowship experience are
encouraged to apply - Comfortable with patient population aged 18
